SOS Students Group Class Tuesdays 1:00-2:30pm Sept 16-Dec 16, 2025 DEPOSIT
This program is for the grade 5-8 students coming from SOS Tutoring. Students will be transported from SOS to Art Lab by an SOS employee. Families will pick-up students at 553 Spitfire Drive at 2:30pm. Classes will run on Tuesdays starting Sept 16-Dec 16 1:00-2:30pm.
NOTE this is a deposit of $100 due by August 1st. The remaining $395 will be due by Sept. 9th.
NO CLASS Sept 30, Nov 11
Together, we will use our senses, do breath work, and do somatic exercises to activate our parasympathetic nervous system and tap into our creative right brains. We will explore and play with different hands-on therapeutic art activities (Zentangles, Mandalas, Trent Drawings, This is not a, Neurographica, felting, weaving, collage, painting, plasticine, and more). We will talk about brain science behind what we’re doing and learn how our brains work in different ways.
