Does my child need to bring anything to class?

No, all supplies will be provided. Students in the Mindful Lines class will receive a sketchbook. Students are welcome to bring their own art supplies if they want to.

Where do the art class take place?

In Jamie’s home at 553 Spitfire Drive, Comox.

Can my child take the same class more than once?

Yes! Classes are designed to accommodate new and returning students. Skills can be scaffolded accordingly. Just like building physical muscles… you can’t go to the gym once and expect to be ripped. Repetition and consistency are great!

Do you teach-on-one sessions?

Can I book a private group class?

Yes…depending on Jamie’s schedule. Reach out to jamie@artlabcreative.ca to discuss in-person or online private bookings.

Can I just drop my child off for their class or do I have to stay?

If your child is new and wants you to walk them in on the first day, you are welcome to. Parents do not stay for classes. At the end of class, you can come in to see what we’ve done & to pick up your child, or Jamie will send the students out to their waiting parents.
