


May Mindful Lines for Teens 12yrs + Thursdays May 1, 8, 22, 29 4:30-6:00pm
Together we will explore the power of simple dots and lines for tapping into creativity and stillness. We’ll learn some breathing techniques, and practice some somatic activities. We’ll do some Neurographic art, Zentangle Art, Mandalas, and more using dry media (pencil, felt, sharpies) and watercolour. We’ll listen to some music, have conversations, and share stories. Max 6 students. No class May 15.
